By subscribing to the Style Insider Club™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription & Billing

The Style Insider Club is a recurring monthly subscription processed through Stripe. By subscribing, the member authorizes StaedterStyle to charge the payment method provided every month on the same calendar date the subscription began.

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Start & Email Delivery

Membership begins immediately after payment is successfully processed.

Style Insider Club emails are sent on the 5th of each month. Members who subscribe after that month’s email has been prepared or sent will receive their first outfit email on the 5th of the following month.

StaedterStyle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, internet service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Members are responsible for ensuring they can receive emails from StaedterStyle and for keeping their contact information current.

3. Style Quiz Requirement

Members must complete the Style Quiz after subscribing.

Outfit emails are curated based on the member’s Style Quiz results. Members who wish to change their assigned style must complete the Style Quiz again and notify insider@staedterstyle.com so their results can be updated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

Members may cancel by emailing insider@staedterstyle.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel the paid subscription.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 business days before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

All payments that have already been processed are final and non-refundable.

5. Product Recommendations

StaedterStyle makes reasonable efforts to recommend products that match each member’s style profile.

However, StaedterStyle does not guarantee that recommended items will remain available in the member’s preferred size, color, price, quantity, or availability.

Product availability, pricing, promotions, shipping times, descriptions, images, sizing, and inventory are controlled solely by the individual retailers and may change without notice.

StaedterStyle is not responsible for retailer inventory, pricing, sizing, quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, customer service, or retailer policies.

6. Styling Recommendations

Outfits are selected according to each member’s Style Quiz results and StaedterStyle’s professional styling methodology.

Because personal preferences are subjective, StaedterStyle does not guarantee satisfaction with every recommendation or any specific personal, professional, financial, or social outcome resulting from the use of the recommendations.

7. Membership Benefits

Style Insider Club members may receive exclusive discounts, promotions, early access, bonus content, or other membership benefits.

These benefits are offered at StaedterStyle’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links provided by StaedterStyle are affiliate links.

StaedterStyle may earn a commission when a member purchases through those links at no additional cost to the member.

Affiliate relationships do not influence product recommendations, which are based on the member’s Style Quiz results and StaedterStyle’s professional judgment.

9. Intellectual Property

All Style Insider Club content, including but not limited to outfit recommendations, styling methods, educational materials, emails, graphics, text, branding, logos, images, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of StaedterStyle.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from StaedterStyle.

10. Changes to Membership

StaedterStyle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, pricing, content, features, delivery schedule, or any aspect of the Style Insider Club at any time.

Material changes will become effective after reasonable notice has been provided to members.

Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

11. Price Changes

StaedterStyle reserves the right to change the monthly subscription price at any time upon advance notice.

Continued membership after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new subscription price.

12. Suspension or Termination

StaedterStyle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership, without prior notice, for fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, chargebacks, violations of these Terms & Conditions, or other conduct that StaedterStyle reasonably determines is harmful to the business or its members.

13. Privacy

Member information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing the Style Insider Club and is handled in accordance with StaedterStyle’s Privacy Policy.

By subscribing, members consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Style Insider Club and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaedterStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Style Insider Club, its recommendations, or the use of any products purchased through recommended retailers.

StaedterStyle’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the member during the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Force Majeure

StaedterStyle shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, internet outages, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and StaedterStyle regarding the Style Insider Club and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the membership.
