General Terms and Conditions
Terms of payment are within the consultant’s sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our consultation. We accept Bank Transfer via Quickbooks® and credit cards via Stripe® for all purchases.
Client represents and warrants that (i) the bank information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such bank or credit accounts for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank. Client shall not withhold payment of any amounts due and payable by reason of any set-off of any claim or dispute with the consultant, whether relating to the consultant’s breach or otherwise.
Refunds will only be issued before the commencement of consultation services. Any cancellations include an administrative fee of 15%. Refunds will be issued between 2-3 business days. The refund will appear on your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Clients requesting Rush Service will be subject to a surcharge, which amounts to an additional 15% of the total payment for the services. “Rush Service” is defined as any service requested within two weeks of the client’s event or occasion. Discounts and promotions are unavailable for the surcharge associated with a Rush Service request.
Once a consultation package has started, all payments are non-refundable regardless of whether the package has been completed. Any exemptions are at the discretion of the consultant. Refund requests may only be submitted within 28 days from the start of the consultation package and will expire if we do not hear from you within five (5) business days of our attempt to handle the matter. Video calls are an essential tool of the consult.
ALL SERVICES OFFERED ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY (A)WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (C) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.

Introductory Services Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Style Blueprint™, Style Strategy, Style Bundle, and Closet Detox services. Full payment must be received before any service may be booked or delivered.
The client must book the first appointment within thirty (30) calendar days of payment. The appointment may take place after this period, but it must be booked and confirmed before the deadline. Services not booked within thirty (30) days will be forfeited without refund, credit, or transfer.
For services that include more than one appointment, including the Style Bundle, each remaining appointment must be booked and completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the previous appointment. All Closet Detox appointments and service hours must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of the first appointment. Any unused appointments or service hours will be forfeited.
Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Clients must arrive or join on time. A five-minute grace period is allowed, after which the appointment may be considered forfeited. Time lost due to late arrival will not be replaced or added to the appointment.
All required forms, including the Style Quiz and Strategy Questionnaire, must be completed at least forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment. Failure to submit the required information may result in the appointment being canceled and forfeited.
All Introductory Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Style Blueprint™, Style Strategy and Style Bundle services are delivered thorugh phone calls and The Closet Detox Service is delivered through video calls on virtual platforms, and clients are responsible for having suitable technology and a reliable internet connection.
All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Exceptions may be granted at the stylist’s sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
